Terms of service

1. The agreement
These terms are between Havio ("Havio") and the business that creates a Havio account ("you"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
2. The service
Havio provides AI assistance for running an online store, AI agents that talk with your shoppers, a voice agent, automations and a unified inbox. Features depend on your plan.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account secure and your team’s roles up to date.
- Have the right to contact the people you message, collect opt-ins where required, and follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies.
- Review actions Havio prepares before approving them; you remain responsible for refunds, prices and messages sent from your store.
- Tell your shoppers that your store uses AI assistance and how to reach a person.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or attempts to break or overload the service.
5. Fees
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Usage above your plan and third-party fees (WhatsApp messages, phone minutes) are billed as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy and our data processing terms.
7. AI output
AI answers can be wrong. Havio is designed so that sensitive actions need a person’s approval; you should check important answers before relying on them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Havio available and may improve or change features. We will give notice of changes that reduce what your plan includes.
9. Liability

10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, data is deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
